Oh, the refactoring book is brilliant! I think all devs should read it and get decent at refactoring. I believe refactoring is such undervalue skill and lots of devs don’t have it.
Ah Neil, you are wrong on Agile coach! I had agile coach (certified 😉 in his 30-40th (not old at all) without any IT experience – he didn’t know what code is and why. Lol, anyone can be an agile coach. No books, no nothing… oh man… it is so ridiculous. Sometimes I think IT industry is fucked.
